I just put these slippers on both of my daughters’ Christmas lists again, and I feel obligated to share- they’re that good.
As the mother of two little girls who like to run around barefoot whenever possible, these have been like foot candy. Not only do they stay on their feet, they are cute and durable. Let me elaborate…
They are comfortable- My 18 month old couldn’t really tell me how well her bear slippers supported her insoles, but I knew they felt good. Other brands gave her red marks around her ankles where these only left an impression similar to socks. She also walked and ran in them without tripping or sliding all over the place. Check!
They are durable- This is an understatement. We actually have a pair that have been donned by four charismatic little girls who love to play, and there are no holes in sight. I mean sure, they’re a little dingy, but wearable? Absolutely.
They are cute- We have only gone for the brown bears in our family, but they have other fun options: fushcia dino, blue dino, pink bunny, and lion. I’m thinking Mr. Lion might make an appearance under the tree this year.
They are affordable– For $19.95, these slippers are worth every penny. Plus, LL Bean has free shipping and they often run promotions. Right now you can get a $10 gift card towards your next purchase when you spend $50 or more. I might just have to get Shay her new snow boots now and put that $10 towards her next pair of slippers. Beat that.
So, if you’re looking for a great gift this holiday season, or if your little one’s toes need a good foot cardigan, please check these out. If you’re not sold yet, just ask around. I have spoken to several other women who tried out those pretty boiled wool slippers with mermaids, and the big fluffy character slip-ons, and the result is the same: “LL Beans are the best.”
Disclaimer: LL Bean did not ask me to write this nor have I been compensated in any way. I just love them that much 🙂
